I have been the primary litigation attorney for most all of the cases in our law firm. I have tried a large number of Jury trials in numerous areas of the law.

In the area of Real Property Law I claim as one of my most proud moments in my career was representing the youth of the Paso Robles area (pro-bono) in a law suit brought against the Dee Fitzhugh Estate and Trust by a neighbor that owned land next to the real property owned by said trust estate. Said neighbor originally attempted to force the sale of a prime section of the Fitzhugh property to himself, and then when it appeared that he would not be successful at that; he filed suit insisting that he had an unconditional easement. I was instrumental in restricting said neighbor's use to a conditional license that permitted said neighbor to cross over the Fitzhugh land so long as it did not interfere with the youth's use of the Fitzhugh property. I am still a member of the North County Youth Organization that was formed to assist the Fitzhugh Trust in the operation of the real property that is now known as the "7X" Ranch, which is now operated solely for the use of youth of the Paso Robles.

As a civil litigator, I have practiced law in approximately half of the counties in California and have been able to draw on the different policies from said counties. The case that I am most proud of, is the Molski v. Paso Robles Foster Freeze, in which I convinced the Federal District Court that Mr. Molski was a filing his suit for the wrong purposes, (just for the money) and obtained a Judgment in favor of my client. When his Attorney filed an Appeal in the Federal Court of Appeals, I prevailed again.
