Since 1979, I have been the primary litigation attorney for most all of the cases in the law firm of Eschwig & Gustin, even when there were other attorneys working in said firm.

One of the most proud moments in my career, was representing the youth of the Paso Robles area (pro-bono) in a law suit brought against the Dee Fitzhugh Estate and Trust by a neighbor that owned land next to the real property owned by said trust estate. Said neighbor originally attempted to force the sale of a prime section of the Fitzhugh property to himself, and then when it appeared the he would not be successful at that filed suit insisting that he had an unconditional easement. I was instrumental in restricting said neighbor's use to a conditional license that permitted said neighbor to cross over the Fitzhugh land so long as it did not interfere with the youth's use of the Fitzhugh property. I still am a member of the North County Youth Organization that was formed to assist the Fitzhugh Trust in the operation of the real property that is now known as the "7X" Ranch, which is now operated solely for the use of youth of the Paso Robles.

I have practiced law in approximately half of the counties in California and have been able to draw on the different policies from said counties to further broaden my knowledge of the Law.
